Hi,
My opt started on October 17, 2016 and my employment started on December 15 2016. I UPDATED EVERYTHING to the university on time. Now I am applying for extension and the start date in the form I-983 and employment letter was mentioned as January 19, 2017 instead of December 15 by the company. I am worried about going with January 19, 2017 as it falls after 90 days period from the start of opt. what do you guys suggest on going with January 19?
