My wife's H4 to F1 CoS is pending with USCIS since last 6 months. I am in process of changing employer and new employer will file new H1B application in premium. Is there a process to join/link/bridge my wife's H4 to F1 CoS application with new employer's H1B application? Trying to understand if there is way which will quickly adjudicate my wife's H4 to F1 CoS application.
