Out of status, stay in US less than a month.

I changed the status from J-1 to F-1. Unfortunately my case got denied after 6 months. I left the States to apply for Visa in my home country. Now I applyed for F-1 visa in my home country got refused for AP 221(g). I stayed less than 30 days when I got my letter. Anyone was in similar situation?
