F1 process details

HI All,
I am currently working in US on H1B. I have got admission into a university and I am considering my options. Can any way please provide details on obtaining the F1 Visa.
Is it possible to maintain my current H1 visa while studying fulltime? (is it possible to hold H1 and F1 visas at the same time?). Will I need to return to india for stamping?
What are options for working while studying?
