Are you aware that you could have been arrested?...why would you wnat to go back and present the same documents?

"Intend not to return" is not inconsistent. You obviously were not intending to go as a student so the CO assumed that your intent was to remain in the US permanently. Its unlikely youll eevr get a visa..............student or otherwise.......I personally fin dit incredulous that you would even think of going back not only so soon but with the same documents......

Of course one will never know until you go............but I'm willing to bet on eevryhting that you will never get another Visa.......and again, you could not seriously expect anyone on here to advise you go back with **** documents.

If you present 100 genuine docs and 1 **** one and that **** is discovered, it doesnt matter that the other hundred are genuine. You misrepresented a material fact and attempted to obtain the immigration status though fraud and misrepresentation. That is actually a serious matter and it does have consequences. The next officer who interviews you will rely on the notation made by the previous officer that you intend to remain in the US permanently...plus you have no idea what else he noted
and will not rely on your submissions.

          Interview Problems

What I would recommend is first and foremost for you to prove that you would go back to you native country. because you see the issue is trust the bankstaments whether legitimate or not should only work as an example of the fact that you were assumed that you would not return to your country.

But also going back to you country puts you at risk of not being allowed back... thus coming back you will only need to give beyond reasonable ground of your purpose of coming to study and why you would return.

But as far as the interview went you could have been insulted at such an accusation and demand an explanation. you wouldn't be deported unless your stay was already illegal or expired over atleast a reasonable time period.
