I am wondering if an F1 student, who will be finishing his Bachelor's in December, can he just apply for B1, even if we are to marry.( I am a USC, but not working at all), or do we have to apply 130, and 485?
Does it matter? He's not sure, and neither am I.
I read on this site, that I can include his income, after we live together for 6 months...would it be a better idea to wait and use his income or just file the forms after we get married? I'm really not sure. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
