Hello,
I am a student currently on OPT. I have filed for H1 starting this oct and am waiting approval. Last year i went to india and when i came back to the US i got a new I-94. On the I-94, the date to which i can stay is mentioned as "d/s F1" which i think means the duration of stay is valid as long as i am an F1 student. Now my visa expired last year and since then i am on OPT status. My dilemma is that i will be shortly going for H1 stamping(probably canada). Am i going to be considered out of status any time with regard to my visa and I-94?
