DS-2019 issue

I got my DS-2019, and I need to go for visa-interview in Chennai.. But I just found in DS-2019 that the city of born is NOT correct (which is NOT matching with my passport).. Will it be an issue in visa-interview or there after? Should I get a new DS-2019 ? Any suggestions truely appreciated..

In my view you should get the DS 2019 corrected from the one who issued it.
