Job at Infy or Study MS in USA???? Please Help

HI

I got my USA visa to study at polytechnic university in MS in Computer Science. I have done my BE in Computer Science from india.

Meanwhile,, I got offer of employment from Infosys as software engineer...

Now I am posed with question of whether to pursue master in USA or work and get experience in best company ( Infy) in india and then after 2 years of exp. go directly to usa on h1b visa...

My concerns are:-

1. Will there be any career development in real sense if i pursue my master in USA or it will be just a degree?
2. What the average salary one get after finishing MS in USA?
3. what are the practical chance of getting h1 directly from here after having work exp. of infy?
4. Anydbody having idea of Polytechnic university and particularly their MS program in computer science.

Please reply ASAP as I have to make up my mind...
Your valuable suggestion would be input in my decision making
