Hi,
I am waiting my F1 visa. Meanwhile I am planning to get married to my fiancé who is waiting for his I-485 to be approved.
We were told by an attorney that once I enter US under F1 Visa I shall wait 90 days to get married at least, Otherwise most likely my petition would be subject to denial.
For that we want to get married in a second country while I am waiting for my F1 Visa or while I have got my visa but have not yet entered US. Does any one know what the risks are?
I am afraid that once we declare it I would be deported from the airport with my F1 visa to go back home and apply for another type of visa!!
Could that happen?
