Shifting from UK student visa to USA

Can anyone please let me know, how to shift from UK student visa to USA? I joined london, UK college MBA on October1st. I am planning to move to USA. My sister family lives in USA. So can anyone please tell me what is the procedure and any tips or suggestions on how to move to USA. Thanks in Advance.

Are you planning to study in the USA? or just "move" to live here?

You can not just live here "permanently" without an immigrant visa.

I am planning to move permanantly to USA and work in US after my MBA completion(1yr). ie. by next september, i would complete my MBA studies. Can anyone suggest ways to do this? If my sister gets US citizenship, then can she sponsor me and get me into US to work immediately. i know that green card takes 10-15yrs if she sponsors me, but i heard someone saying that after applying for green card and when i enter into US they stamp on passport which allows me to work until i get my green card. Is it true? how long it takes me to enter into US after applying for GC

Your sister can not sponsor you for a GC immediately. And there is no visa for you to go and "Wait" for the GC in the US while you work.

Your best bet would be applying for an H1B visa, Continue your studies under a F1 visa, or play the Diversity Lottery.
