Hi,
Could someone let me know some more information about changing the visa from H4-F1 at US Mexico border
1) I want to change my visa status from H4-F1 to utilize the tuition waiver and research assistantship.
2) I have already got I-20 from the university and the document to support finance.
I would like to know that following information:
1) What are the documents in addition I would require for change in visa.
2) Which out of these two places (Nuevo Laredo or Matamoros) is better for changing the visa??
3) Has someone applied for visa change in Mexico at these places, if so can you kindly provide further details.
4) What is the risk factor involved in getting the visa status changed at Mexico??
Can someone kindly help me out with answers at earliest possible.
