At first I got admit from Ohio State university, paid SEVIS fee for Ohio state university and attended the Visa Interview for F1. But as I could not produce provisional certificate, Visa was NOT issued (kept on pending, form 221 g was issued).
Subsequently, I got admit from University of Southern California and I prefer to join University of Southern California instead of Ohio State University. In this case, please advise me how to proceed with SEVIS fee transfer ? If the SEVIS fee transfer is a time consuming process can I pay new SEVIS fee for my new university i.e., University of Southern California and proceed with submission of documents for getting the Visa.
Please advise me how to proceed as I am not aware of the next steps
