Urgent help required in filling DS-156 form!!!

Hi

I got some problem while filling my DS-156 form for Fall-2008. Please help me in answering following questions:

36. Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?

My sister filed an Immigrant Visa Petition for me which is now on processing stage. Is it smart idea to show it or not?

37.Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship? Mark YES or NO and indicate that person's status in the U.S. (i.e., U.S. legal permanent resident, U.S. citizen, visiting, studying, working, etc.).

My sister is a U.S. citizen. Should I expose this information? As far I know that there is a 100% probability of rejecting a visa if any one shows he or she has a family member in US.

Please help me in filling these points. I appreciate your help.

36. Absolutely a bad idea to hide this as it will result in permanent ban.
37. No lies on visa form.

You can give up trying for a student visa as it will be rejected.
