OPT- Dates mismatch on I20 and CARD

I have got my MS degree in fall 2008 and OPT started from DEC 20 2008. but the USCS ppl printed wrong dates on OPT card which shows OPT from Oct 20 2008 - oct 20 2010, (2yrs OPT? yes) I took this issue to International advisor, she has ordered another card,then they corrected the card. But on my I20 it has same dates ( OCT 20 2008- OCT 20 2010). I asked my advisor to change dates on I20 according to OPT card. She was not able to cos of some problems. Now i wanted to apply visitors visa 2 my inlaws. Would it be a problem in India when they go to Visa? or at immigration? pls advise me

Hi....My Name is Vinod...My wife got her OPT and it starts on 15-Aug-09- 14-Aug-10...She has a job and it starts on 15-Aug-09...We checked her card and her first name is spelled wrong in it....My question is can she start working on 15-Aug-09...Please do let me know....Thanks for all your help....
