what to do if wnt to change university if already have f1 for another

I have applied and recieved F1 Visa for a US university for the Spring Sem on January 2010, however due to a personal emergency, now i can only go to the US for the march Semester in different university

What should I do.
Do i need to get visa again ?

I guess I first notify the university.
And then do I need to notify the US Consul in any manner (e.g. should I attend another visa interview/ fill some kind of form). I am clueless about this part, any help would be much appreciated.

You have to attend the university as annotated on your visa, and since you are postponing your start, you have to inform them and get a new I-20.

If you want to attend different university, you need to get a new visa. Read instructions on page 2 of your I-20.
