H4 to F1 Visa Stamping in India.

Hello all,

My wife started school on H4 in December 2018. She completed her first semester and doing second semester now.

My question is when is the right time to go for Visa stamping (H4 to F1 conversion).

Will there be any problem if she attend F1 visa interview after the third semester (before the last semester of graduation).

Please advice.

I am currently on H4 visa studying MS (2 sems completed ) and planning to visit India for F1 stamping.
My husband and kids are also coming with me and are on H1b and H4 respectively.
While filling DS 160 for F1 visa i have few doubts for below question -

1) Are there other persons traveling with you?

should i mention my husband and kids in that section or not. As they will be travelling on H1 and H4 visas
