COS F1 SEVIS transfer
I have a question regarding transferring SEVIS while USCIS is working on my COS from F2-F1. I applied for COS for Falll19 term and currently I am enrolled as part-time. The program I am enrolled is a MPH and it's mostly online courses. I have admission offer from another University which is On campus Masters and it's from Spring 2020. Now USCIS is sending me 2nd RFE. Is there any way I can try to transfer my SEVIS to 2nd University while my case is under processing? And I can provide new i-20 to USCIS?
