Hi,
Entered US on F1, completed MS, transitioned to H1b, I140 approved with priority date 2013.
Recently lost full time job, couldn't find job within 60 days so filed for change of status to B1/B2 (currently pending).
Got admission to PhD for fall 2020.
Is it worth filing for COS to F1 (I mean what are the chances, even with a good immigration lawyer)
Anyone in the same situation? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
