    OPT Application Delivered But No Notification and Money Order Not Cashed

    I couriered my OPT application packet on Sept 29th and it got to the USCIS Phoenix lockbox on Wednesday the 30th. I haven't received any e-notification thus far despite having included the G-1145 form, nor has my money order been cashed as per my bank when I tracked it today. Could there be an issue, is this normal, what should I do going forward?

    Try calling them directly. There are several call centers. Try everything. Keep calling

      But do you think it is abnormal? I tried calling, they said to wait till the 15th day.
