International Student Transfer Visa

Hi,
My parents are moving to the US on an L1 visa (will apply to H1 in January). I have started undergrad (age 20) and want to transfer to the US in Fall 2022 (by this time parents would be in the US and would've applied for H1). How should I approach the F1 interview to get approval? I have previously stayed in the US on L2 (dependent visa) for more than 5 years (grade 6 to 9).

You need an invitation from an educational institution I-20;
Form I-901 - can be downloaded from the Internet; a receipt confirming the payment of the SEVIS fee - $ 350; Application for a visa on the DS-160 form; confirmation that you can pay for your studies and your accommodation while studying; diploma and other documents and certificates; passport and photo for documents. Before being interviewed at the US Embassy, you need to pay the consular fee. Students are encouraged to have a TOEFL certificate!!!
