Going to Puerto Rico on F-1 Visa
Hello,
I am currently on my F-1 student visa. I have my OPT and I am currently working under it. My passport requires stamping in India in order for me to travel internationally.
I would like to go to Puerto Rico on a vacation soon and I was wondering if I will be able to without having any immigration issues? I know it is a US territory so I heard they only check for a valid US driver's license. I was told no passport is needed but I definitely dont want to have any legal trouble just to go there. Has anybody done this before? Could you please share your experience or let me know if you know any information? I would really like to have confirmation before going to Puerto Rico because of some of these strict rules they have.
