My wife is planning to do Master of data science in USA, She has 10 years experience in IT. She has scored 63 in PTE with this available score will be able to procced with Master study in USA, if Yes, Please suggest some good university to Proceed further.

you do NOT need to shell out a bunch of $$ to have some immigration attorney and/or a staff member help you fill out papers for a student visa application...remember, COs rarely, if ever, believe anything that an immigration attorney says or writes.
