What are the chances for my spouse to get her visa stamped successfully ?

Given, the following conditions -
1. She has an expired h4 visa stamped
2. She has already finished her masters education
3. She has been already rejected an h4 to f1 attempt before
4. She is working on her f1 opt obtained after change of status approval from f1

Since you have got Change of status approval, I hope you will not have much complications while stamping Interview. But, my assumption is, Applicant can expect questions about previous rejections and current Employment and degree/ University details.. Prepare well and share the truth answer. With these, Applicant can surely achieve.
