3rd country but applying in Germany for B2 visa

Hello just want to take a advice,so I already have a appointment in Germany for US visa,I am here as a tourist,it’s gonna be almost 2 months and I got my schengen visa at the first time which was multiple and really difficult time to take .

So my documents will be on the way soon from Turkey to Germany,I have almost everything,I got my permission letter from my manager also I have a sponsor which is owner of the company.

I called the visa application center and I approved from them also which is possible to apply from Germany even if you’re resident of other country.

So,do you have any advice? Did anyone also applied from Berlin as a 3rd country?
