Leaving US for f1 visa

Hello, I just got accepted into a community college (last month) and all I have to do is send my transcripts and documents etc to enroll which I will do. I am from outside the US originally, and I came Here on esta. I leave the country in a weeks time, and I won’t be able to enroll if I leave because I won’t have enough money to come back here (ticket) on top of the college funds. Is there a way I can apply for a visa in the US even though it says I can’t. Im just worried but thanks
