Is my F1 still valid?

Hi,
I was enrolled with a university and came to US in 2009. My F1 visa was stamped for 5 years i.e, until 2014. In 2010, i went to india and took 2 semsters break for my marriage. I wanted some more break, so I came back to US on h4 as i did not want to continue my Masters immediately.
Now, i wish you join my university with F1 (not h4). Should i reapply for COS from h4 to F1 (OR) Is my F1 still valid if i want to enroll fulltime?
Please answer my question.

You should check with advisor as your sevis is terminated.

If you are attending the same university, you can travel and return with the same Visa. But you will need new I-20 and pay the SEVIS fees again.
