  • F-1 got rejected

    Hi guys,

I had an interview for F-1 visa on july25th and it got rejected .The following was the conversation that took place between me and the V.O.

    me:Goodafternoon officer.
    V.O:Hi, Gimme ur passport.
    i gave him the pp
    v:wats ur %?
    m:69.6 sir
    v:backlogs?
    m:12
    v:12? why?
m:i had an accident in my 7th semester and so i couldnt attend the examinations and so i had to give the exams later.
    vk
    v:Gimme ur GRE scorecards.
    I have a 950 gre score (610/340)
v:How do you feel about ur Gre scores?
    m:Average scores sir.
v:why do u have low score in verbal.
m:i dint had enuf time to have a proper preparation for my gre
and as i was speaking suddenly the v.o told me....
v:sir, i dont believe that u will be a good student in the usa .Do one thing give ur gre again and try to improve ur verbal and apply for the schools.

i honestly dint had enuf time to prepare for gre so i managed to get only 950 in a 4 days prep. and i accept that i was a bad student in my engg even though i went that wid an eamcet rank of1221 and a 96.2% in my inter. but now i realized my mistakes and i need to do my ms to get a better life or else i will be a loser for the rest of my life. So i have the interview again on 6th in chennai and plz guys help me get my visa and i have genuine financial documentation and i speak good english nothing problem wid my fluency and also no grammar mistakes in my speech.

Based on the previous interview, I advise you to take the GRE again and get a better score. Then apply to good schools which only accept higher GRE scores. You will stand a better chance with that.

If you want to try again with the same information, be prepared to answer the questions 'what's new' straight away. You should also prepare convicing and truthful answers to questions like 'why this school, why this prgram etc.'
    Which school/program is this btw?
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
