Hello all,
CUrrently I am working in USA and this is my situation:
1.- My TN Visa already expired in November.
2.- My current company filed a premium process from USA to request an TN visa extencion which is approved.
3.- I have an appointment in the US enbasy in Mexico to get the new TN visa in my passport.
4.- A new company made an offer.
My question is, for this appointment, can I require my new TN visa for the new company and instead of giving the document of my previous company, show the ones for the new one y the US embasy.
Also, if that is possibel and legal, what kind of documents I need to show of the new company I already have (Offer Letter, DS-156 and DS-157).
