Hello,
Last week i had my interview for TN visa at Guadalajara, i had a problem with employer letter because the position listed on it was not on the Nafta List, the officer told me that he understand that the position filles into CSA category but he asked me to correct the employer letter and send it to gdl221g email address, he said that he have the intention to approve the visa but he just have to wait the corrected letter and process it within a week, does anyone had the same situacion or something similar? how long ot takes to get the TN, thanks inn advanced.
