Sample employment letter for applying TN visa

I would like to know that for TN visa employment letter do i have to hire a lowyer or i can do it by myself?
and where can i find a TN visa sample employment letter?

Don't you have a letter of Offer / Employment? I am wondering as to why you should be drafing a letter is youir employer did give you one.

The only difference that I have seem in standard US offer letter Vs the Offer letters for H1B etc has been the statment of salary that will be paid to you (which the Consulate wants to know).

Other than that its a standard Offer / employment letter that is given by each company based on their standards.
