Dental Hygienist and TN Visa ?

Do you think it would be worth it to apply for a TN visa as a hygienist ? Given the fact that the ADA is even considering allowing foreign dentist and dental student practice as hygienist without proper licensing just because there is a shortage https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ ???
