    Hope sum body gona help me out I m british citizen did cum to usa on VWP my duration of stay is already xpired 6 month ago & I m getting married to a american national my question is can I still apply for change of status or i will have to go back 2 England & apply frm there?

    You do not need to go back to your home country. You will be fine to apply for change of status even when your VWP is already expired.

      Not when She overstayed 180 days and more .... She has to file for a waiver.
