I am UK citizen living in the UK. My mother is a US resident and is quite elderly now. I have been traveling back and forth to the US to visit her using an ESTA, however I feel each time I enter the US that immigration are wary of my intentions. I do not work nor do I stay longer than 2 or 3 weeks. Is there a visa I can apply for that allows me freely travel back and forth without being potentially refused entry?

    Esta

Your ESTA is good for 90 days each visit. As long as you do not stay over the 90 days and of course do not do anything of major consequence (break the law, go to jail, etc.) then the ESTA is what you would want to stay with.

It is much more difficult to get for example a 10 year multiple entry B2 visa, and if you apply for the B2 and are denied then you will no longer have the ESTA either.

This is my opinion and not legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
