As a holder of approved VWP tourist-type visa, are there any known limits to how many times one can enter, depart (at the end of each 90 day period) and then re-enter, depart etc over total 12 months? If there is no specific policy in place about this, is this then basically determined by the US port of entry border official ?
Also, is there a requirement in place when departing after each 90 day period, to return to original country of usual residence or is it sufficient to just depart to any country outside the US ie Canada or, say, Mexico, before seeking re-entry for a further 90 day spell ?
