H1B Maxed out on 30th September 2019 - Eligible for DropBox?
Hi ,
My H1B maxed out on 30th September 2019 and my I-129 extension petition is Approved as well.
I am planning to visit India in the month of November 2019, I wanted to ask whether I would be eligible for Drop Box option or not.
I read the eligibility criteria but I was unsure because my case is a max out case. So would need your help here so that I get the right direction.
