Contact name different than Sponsor Name

Hello!!

I wanted to find out if there would be a problem when the Contact Name on the Visa Appointment Receipt is different from the person who actually sponsors the applicants. My parents have my husband name as the US contact name and I was planning on sending them the papers to sponsor them.
