Query on travel

Hi,

My friend has B1/B2 visa. His company is going to process his L1 visa. They have initiated the process so that he can have the visa stamped by nov beginning. In the meantime, he is planning to travel to US on vacation on B2 visa for a short period and then go back just before the L1 interview. Is it fine for him to travel on B2 before his L1 interview? Will it affect his L1 interview in anyway?

That is ok. It will not create any problem as long as he is going there for a visit or for business meeting and not for working..
