Parents' tourist visa rejected 3 rd time

Hi All,
My parents' visa was rejected again for the third time saying no strong financial stand in India despite of showing good bank balance and real estate.

Can someone help me with the following please?
1. DO I have a place where I can appeal? My parents are very old and I really wanted to bring them for couple months to stay with us.
2. What is legal can do in this situation?
3. How long do they have to wait before applying for next time?
4. Any suggestions?

we are totally frustrated by the process and have no clue whatsoever on what are my options.

unfortunatlly there is no where you can appeal..
my suggestions..!
There is always a hope.. i know a lot of people who got visa in 5th or 6th attempt..you can apply again when ever you want after 4 business days..
You did not mention the inteview what they asked..?
Now this time prepare them well for the interview.. remember show strong ties.visa is all based on interview if they are well prepred for the interview i think they will do well this time.
you can make a list of all the possible questions for them this time and tell them to answer confindently!!!!!!

my mom visa rejected twice for us and twice for canada. mY brother is pr in canada and I am on H1. we r frustated too. my father died last year and i couldnt even go and now mom wants to visit me ...i really dont know what to do. We have shown around 75 lacs worth of funds in India for my mom..she has everything house and income pension but still...can anybody suggest...i hav e requested senetor to give me a letter but no answer...:

Do not worry. My parents were also rejected 5 times in the last 5 years (2 times this year) but do not be depressed. There is always a hope - I have been following this forum and other sites and lots of parents have got visa in 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and even 9th attempts because they simply don't give up. Don't worry I would recommend you wait for sometime before you try so there is a gap like 6months or so. Good Luck.
