I am working in the US on H1B. My husband is working in India and has a B1/B2 multiple entry valid for 10 years. Will it be fine for him to visit me on B2 for a short duration, say 3 weeks? Will there be any issue at the POE? What documents should he carry to prove that he has no immigration intent? He will have his return tickets with him. Should he carry my passport and H1 petition copies too?
