B1 B2 visa

My sister applied for tourist visa to visit US for a family trip. She got the visa B1B2, but unfortunately she was not went. But now her company sends her US for business trip for 4 to 5 months on the basis of b1 b2 visa that she was applied by own for trip. So my question is that Is there is any problem for her in immigration or custom check in India or US Airport? Plz help!

There is no problem. She can use that visa.
