Scheduling family appointment through the new system

Hi,

My father-in-law(FIL) and mother-in-law(MIL) have their separate accounts created at http://ustraveldocs.com.
While scheduling a family appointment my MIL was not able to add my FIL using "Add dependent" option as she could not save the profile.
Is this because a separate account was created for my FIL which does not permit adding him as part of my MIL's appointment?

Also, is there a way an existing user account can be deleted at http://ustraveldocs.com ?

Please advise.

You need to create only one account and not two.

As far as we know, there is no official procedure for deleting a second profile. Try contacting them to see if they would delete that.

Please help -Daughter's interview

Hello everyone,
I need an urgent help from you all for my L1A visa interview.I have taken my appointment for L1A blanket visa interview in the Chennai US consulate next week.I will be accompanied by my wife and daughter(4 yrs old) for whom ,respective L2 visa appointments are taken on the same day and time slot.As I understood from the FAQs posted in the website of chennai US consulate,that for children below 7 years,personal appearance is not mandatory.My question is,will my daughter not be allowed to accompany us during the interview inside the consulate ,as her personal appearance is not mandatory?We ll be travelling to Chennai from Kolkata for the apointment and do not have any one else in Chennai to look after my daughter in our absence.
