Chances of getting B2 visa from London in my case... Help please...

Hi I am single 24 Indian working in UK since last 2 years with good salary and UK visa expiring in 2015. Also studied here for two years before job.

I have appointment in Embassy after two weeks would you please advice what are my chances of getting approval.

Before 12 years we have applied for visitor visa as whole family but was rejected. - is this going to affect a lot?

Purpose to visit on 15 days tour from tour company(such as STA travel). I have itinerary plan from tour agent regarding which places I am going to visit.

I have visited whole Europe from the same tour company recently.

No family in UK but going to show parents passport copies from India.

No house, Just rent agreement.

Bank statements with $4000-5000 dollar balance.

Last few month's payslips.

Letter from company stating my length of the working period, leave approval, permanent job and salary.

Please shade some light about what you think of my case and if any advice or guidence would be great. Many Thanks.

You have a good chance because you've been issued a work permit in the UK. Of course, nobody knows how the visa officer will choose to view your situation. Still, I wish you luck.

You are good to go, no problem. Make sure you remember what you filled in your form the first time you was denied, because they will definitely ask you about it.
