Visa for mentally challenged siblings

Hi,

I am on H1 visa and in US since last 4 years. I had applied for a Visitor visa for my mother, brother and sister. I showed that myself as sponsor.

My both brother and sister are mentally challenged. They both can take care of themselves properly. No diseases. Just that their mental growth is slow.

Today their visa was rejected.

I really need to call my family to US for vacation. What are the suggested next action item? Should I reapply for visa? When? Should I consult any visa counselor / lawyer?

Interview Questions asked were
1] Who are they (my brother and my sister)? How many children you have?
2] How long your son is in US?
3] What is your son doing in US?
4] What you do?
