Hi,
I have my parents visitor visa scheduled on Tuesday 07/26/2005 at 9.45 AM at Chennai. They have not received my papers from USA and want to wait for a day till Saturday. In TTSVISAS Appointment they mentioned only about the last day for Cancelling/Modifying Appointments on Monday,is Friday 2 PM(usually 48 hrs). How about appointments on tuesday.? Can I cancel/Modify on Sunday.? Or as Sunday being Holiday, do I have to cancel/Modify of Saturday before 2 PM.? Pls help. Its kinda urgent.
If I have to modify, till when(previous saturday or sunday) it permits for tuesday appointments.? Wht if I dont do anything(either cancel/modify) altogether and my parents will not attend .? Will they have any problem in getting next appointment.? The reason I am asking this, is they would like to wait for my documents till monday, instead of cancelling or modifying my appointment. After 4 months of wait, they got this appointment. Is there any difference(in number of available slots I see online) between modifying the appointment and booking a whole new appointment ( assuming we are doing both on the same day).
