Affidavit of support

I have couple of questions about I-134, Affidavit of Support:

I am planning to invite my parents. Do I have to send two I-134:
one for Father with Mother's name as spouse and
other for Mother with Father's name as spouse?

Question 8: "That the following persons are dependent upon me for support"
I am assuming that this is for my current dependents and it would not include my parents.
Correct me if I am wrong.


Question 11: "That I _ intend _ do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item (3)"
(If you check "intend" indicate the exact nature and duration of the contribution. For exmaple, if you intend to furnish room and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in US dollars and state whether it is to be given in lump sum, weekly or monthly, or for how long)

I intend to take care of all the expenses and on immihelp I found a form with "All expenses including but not limited to their visa expenses, airline tickets costs to come to USA and US domestic travel, lodging, boarding, food, incidental, expense, and vistor medical insurance."

Do I have to add anything else?

Yes, one for each parent is recommended

Yes, your current dependants and that does not include who you are filing I-134 for

Whatever is listed on immihelp is good. Nothing else is needed.
