Visitor visa

Hello,

I plan to schedule my mother's visitor visa appointment next month.Meanwhile ,I'm visiting India this month.Before I'd visited India a year back & in 2 years this would be my 3rd visit to India.My questions are
1)Will my visit to India hamper my mother's chances of getting visitor visa?
2)While in India,if I schedule the visa appointment interview for my mom & by God's grace if she gets the visa,can she fly with me to USA?

This might sound as stupid questions but I'm really confused. Please reply if possible.

2. Yes, as long as the travel to USA is on or after the visa stamp validity date and before the expiration date.
