Do we need to inform USICS that mother left before the approved date of extended I94?

Hi,
I had my mother in US since Mar-30, 2012. Her I94 was due to expiry on Sep-29,2012. We had applied for her extension of stay and got that approved till Jan-31,2013. But in the meantime, due to my grandma's severe health condition in India, she left much before her new I94 expiry. She left on Nov-13,2012. So, my question is do we need to inform the USCIS that she left before the approved date due to some personal reasons. The reason why I am asking is so that she does not get harassed if she visits us again in future.

The new date does not mean that she must stay till that date.

If she surrendered her new I-94 at departure, nothing to be done.
