How do i add dependents if my us visa fee has already been paid

Hi,
I need to add a dependent in my visa application. I've already issued a visa reciept via citibank, but now i want to add my spouse to the same visa application. I'm able to add via the us visa webpage, but when i go to citibank they say my # is already locked. Please please help me to know how can i pay fee for dependent once the visa fee recipt is already issued.
