passport issue on DS-156

At the time of taking an Appoinment we didn't notice there is a Spelling Mistake in my Father Name,later we corrected and applyed for the Correction,but now They issiued a new PassPort with different number so now While filling an DS-156 Form Do i have to use the old number which i use for taking an appointment or do i have use the new number to fill DS-156. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to use the current/new passport number, as they will issue a visa based on the current passport and not the previous passport.
